Let’s talk about health, baby!
Our bodies can be a mystery, but I think I’ve hit the jackpot. Check out the health benefits that I gained from eating healthy and exercising consistently!
What to eat?
These are the benefits of staying consistent and showing up, first, within yourself. I can’t SEE the result of being healthy all of 2020 the way I want but I can definitely tell the difference. I have been talking about health and actually sticking to it for 7 months straight
Eating healthy is not easy!!! I am not 100% in love with it. I am only here to share the fact that as a woman with PCOS who struggles with horrible symptoms, my consistency to my health journey has finally paid off!
So what’s the tea?
In this podcast I talk about the fact that after staying away from foods I love, I have seen the results. Ladies, this one is for you. Even if you DON’T have PCOS, listen up.
I had my first visit from Aunt Flo that wasn’t accompanied by moody PMSing, ridiculous cravings, acne breakouts on my face, bloating, back aches, abdominal cramps, nausea, BGs, fatigue, etc. And the best part (as if that wasn’t good enough) my period only lasted THREE DAYS!
Want to know how I accomplished the seemingly impossible without being on birth control? Play the podcast! You do not want to miss this.

Keeping track of my health goals
I use a scale that Neko and Kiara share in their fitness challenge. It is super dope, it shows details about your entire body! From your weight, metabolic age, body mass index, muscle mass, protein percentage, basal metabolic rate, and so much more. You can purchase the Renpho Body Fat Scale. You can get this in 2 days if you sign up for amazon prime. Get 30 days of Amazon prime for free now!
Now I must warn you to only buy this if you are serious about meeting and tracking some physical goals. No need in wasting money. It’s not ridiculously expensive, but it is certainly an investment that you want for your physical future!
So listen, the short cut is just doing it the right way the first time. The key to my change is that my body responded well to me being consistent. It is my hope that if you try this your body will experience positive results as well.
It has taken me 7 months to get here and letting go of birth control. But I am so proud of my entire body for showing up for me and reaping the benefits of my actions.
